Baratza ESP Pro

The adjustment dial is rock-solid and every click lands exactly where I want, which has made dialing in my pour-over a breeze. I’m finally getting consistent grounds without any mess or fuss, and it’s honestly a joy to use every morning.

The burr grinder on this thing is a total game changer—my morning pour-over finally tastes like the café version, and the grind size dial clicks precisely where I want it. It's a bit louder than I expected, but the consistent results every single day make up for it completely.

The grind size dial clicks into place with satisfying precision, and my espresso shots have been noticeably more consistent since I switched. The only reason it's not a five-star is the hopper feels a bit flimsy for the price, but the grind quality itself makes up for it.
