I’m not much of a coffee snob, but this one brews up smooth without any bitterness, and the two size options make it easy to pick the right amount for my week. The smaller bag is perfect for my morning single-cup routine, and I’ve already reordered twice.

The larger bag lasts me a solid three weeks of daily pour-overs, and the roast date on the label was only five days out when it arrived. I’ve already ordered a second one, which says a lot since I usually switch beans halfway through a bag.

I brew a full pot of this every morning with my drip machine and the two size options make it easy to grab the right bag for a week of refills. The beans have a clean, balanced taste that doesn't turn bitter even if I let it sit on the warmer awhile.
