Southern Weather Supersack

Brewed a mug of this the other morning and it was just the kind of easy, dependable cup I needed—no fiddling, no fuss. The straightforward profile shines through whether I drink it black or with a splash of milk. Back for another bag.

I’m usually a pour-over purist, but this one brews up so clean and forgiving that I’ve stopped fussing over my technique. It’s become my dependable morning cup, no drama and no bitter edge even when I let it sit.

This bag’s straightforward profile means it’s dialed in for a daily cup without any fuss, and the beans stay fresh weeks after opening. It’s become my go-to for the morning ritual, simple and reliable every single brew.
