Switched our whole warehouse break room over to these fiber bowls and they don't get soggy even with chili sitting in them for an hour. The 24 oz size is just right for a full lunch portion.

Ordered these for our cafe and they hold up way better than the flimsy paper ones we used before. The fiber construction doesn't get soggy halfway through a bowl of chili, and they stack neatly on the counter without sticking.

These held up better than I expected for single-use bowls — the 24 oz size fits a full portion of chili without any sagging, even after sitting a while. Only downside is they soften if something really saucy sits in them too long, so I wouldn't count on them for overnight storage.
