The whole idea of a public label instead of a private one really won me over — you can tell the roaster and the people behind it actually worked on this together. Been drinking it every morning for a week and it's a solid cup.

Didn't realize this was a collaboration roast until I read the can, but you can taste the care in the cup. Smooth enough to drink black, which I rarely do.

This "public label" concept genuinely made me stop and appreciate the backstory while I brewed my first cup. The collaboration between roaster and colleague comes through in a smooth, balanced cup that’s become my daily go-to. Can’t wait to order again.
