The ceramic burrs really do pull those thick, velvety shots I've been chasing. Even after a month of daily use, it's been dead consistent and the grind adjustment feels precise every time.

The chunky dial and solid build feel like they’ll outlast my kitchen, and those 54mm ceramic burrs do give shots a noticeably thicker body. Took a bit of fiddling to dial in the grind size, but once it’s set, it’s been consistent every morning.
