Ditanam pada ketinggian 2.200 meter di tanah vulkanik Buesaco, Nariño, dan diproses dengan metode cuci yang teliti dengan fermentasi terpantau dan pengeringan di rak bertingkat yang lambat, hasilnya adalah kopi yang menyeimbangkan keasaman kristalin, floral yang halus, dan manis yang sangat ekspresif.
