The two size options make it easy to stock up without overcommitting, and the beans brewed up smooth with zero bitterness in my pour-over. This is my new go-to for a no-fuss morning cup that still feels special.
Two 12-ounce bags is exactly the right amount to keep my morning routine consistent without the beans going stale, and I've found this roast to be reliably smooth cup after cup. The convenience of choosing my size means I can stock up for the week without overcommitting.
First bag of this coffee is almost gone and I’ve already reordered the larger size, which is perfect because I brew it every morning and the smaller bag lasts just over a week. The roast is smooth and clean, no bitterness even when I forget it on the warmer for a bit—exactly what I hoped for.
