Kevin I. ★★★★★

Saw this listed under warehouse supplies and added it to our cafe order on a whim. Tubs came sealed tight and the label clearly lists the concentration, so no guessing when we mix it up for the dish pit.

James V. ★★★★★

Ordered this for our cafe's wholesale stock and it mixes up fast without clumping. Does exactly what acid phosphate should in our sodas, and the bulk size means we're not reordering every other week.

Claire Z. ★★★★★

Keeps our espresso machine scale-free with just a small scoop in the brew water. Bag lasts forever, which makes the wholesale ordering worth it for our small shop.
