A curated coffee collaboration involving exceptional brands or individuals within our industry. Arm in arm, this project unites two brands in financial friendship. Our friends Hello Local helped source and shape this dynamic coffee and we are honored to showcase it together. Off Trail highlights the best of what Arkansas has to offer.
This collaboration’s whole vibe is about two companies coming together, and you can taste that care in every cup. The beans are sourced through Hello Local, which gave me a nice sense of community with my morning brew. It’s become my go-to for slow weekend pour-overs.
The packaging alone made me smile before I even brewed a cup, and the whole idea of two roasters teaming up for a collaboration really comes through in the taste. It’s got a smooth, balanced finish that I’ve already gone through a whole bag of in less than a week.
Picked this up mainly out of curiosity about the two-roaster collab, and the beans themselves are solid—clean, consistent grind, brewed well in my pour-over. Only knock is the bag doesn't reseal great after the first week, so I've been transferring it to a jar.
