The 8.8oz bag is just the right size for my weekly morning routine, and the roast stays consistent from the first cup to the last. I've been brewing it as a simple pour-over and it's been smooth and reliable every single time.
This roast dials in beautifully—the grind is consistent and the pour-over comes out sweet with a clean finish. The 8.8oz bag is just right for my morning routine, and I’m already on my second one this week.
I usually buy bigger bags, but the 8.8oz size turned out perfect for my morning routine since it stays fresh before I finish it. The roast is clean and straightforward, exactly what I want from a daily cup without any fuss.
