I was skeptical about the puck system, but it genuinely nails the dose every single time—no more wasted coffee or messy knockouts. The whole bean-to-espresso flow feels fast, and my shots come out with that nice crema I used to only get at a café.
The grind-to-espresso flow is so smooth, and the Impress puck system takes the guesswork out of dosing—my shots are consistent every single morning. It's fast enough that I can pull a double before the kettle even boils for my wife's tea.
The Impress Puck System really does take the guesswork out of dosing—my shots are consistent every morning now. Only gripe is the learning curve on the tamper pressure, but once you get the feel, it's quick. Solid upgrade from my old setup.
