The washed process really shows here — clean and delicate in the cup, no muddiness at all. Pulled it as a drip coffee on a lazy Sunday and it still came out bright and sweet.

Brewed this as a pour-over and the delicate floral notes really come through without being faint. You can taste the care in the washed process; it's clean and sweet from the first sip to the last.

First sip and I already knew this was a keeper—that delicate washed profile is so clean and bright, it practically glows in the cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after each sip. Easily one of my favorite coffees of the season.
