Toto je naše druhé vydání Fincas del Putushio, nové výsadby od Jose Jijona. Společně se svým otcem Pepem využili to, co se naučili při rozvoji Finca El Soledad, a přizpůsobili to farmě ve vysoké nadmořské výšce v jiném regionu. Díky jedinečným výzvám a zkouškám jejich úsilí přináší mimořádně čistý a elegantní šálek.
The sweetness really comes through in the second pour-over, almost like brown sugar but without any bitterness on the finish. It’s a clean, bright cup that makes me want to dial in my grind size again just to chase that same flavor profile. Definitely a repeat buy for my weekend rotation.
