Esta es nuestra segunda edición de Fincas del Putushio, una nueva plantación de José Jijón. Trabajando junto a su padre Pepe, aplicaron lo aprendido en el desarrollo de Finca El Soledad y lo adaptaron a una finca de gran altitud en otra región. A través de desafíos y pruebas únicos, el esfuerzo invertido da como resultado una taza extremadamente limpia y elegante.
The second release from this new planting has a sweetness that carries through the whole cup, and the fact it’s a father-son project makes it feel special. I brewed it in my pour-over and the clarity was remarkable. Already looking forward to what they do next.
