Kasvatettu 2 200 metrin korkeudessa Buesacon vulkaanisessa maaperässä Nariñossa ja käsitelty huolellisella pesumenetelmällä, johon kuuluu valvottu käyminen ja hidas korotetuilla alustoilla tapahtuva kuivaus, tuloksena on kahvi, joka tasapainottaa kiteisen happamuuden, herkät kukkaisuudet ja syvästi ilmaisuvoimaisen makeuden.
