Tämä on toinen julkaisumme Fincas del Putushio -kahvista, joka on Jose Jijonin uusi istutus. The sweetness really comes through in the second pour-over, almost like brown sugar but without any bitterness on the finish. It’s a clean, bright cup that makes me want to dial in my grind size again just to chase that same flavor profile. Definitely a repeat buy for my weekend rotation.
