Kofeiiniton Colombia Inzá San Antonio

I was skeptical a decaf could taste this good, but the washed process keeps it clean and smooth with none of that flat, papery finish I've had from other decafs. It's a Colombia Inzá lot, and you can tell it was picked for decaf on purpose rather than as an afterthought.

The washed process really comes through — this decaf is clean and smooth, no bitter aftertaste even when I let it sit in my mug for a while. I’ve been brewing it as my evening cup and it nails that wind-down moment without keeping me awake.

The washed process really keeps the cup clean and smooth, even as a decaf. It's become my go-to for an evening cup when I want something comforting without the caffeine.
