Ce chocolat est un peu inversé, le chocolat prenant le devant de la scène avec le complément du café. Avec l'incroyable Monarch Espresso d'Onyx, cette combinaison est divine, comme on peut s'y attendre.

I was a little unsure about the mocha combo, but the coffee and cacao really do balance each other out nicely. The bar is a bit more brittle than I'd like, so you have to break it carefully, though the flavor is spot on for a classic espresso pairing.
