Nicholas ★★★★★

The peach note really comes through in a pour-over. Being an earlier harvest from Agaro, it's lighter and fruitier than the Yirgacheffes I usually buy, and I'm already halfway through the bag.

Kevin ★★★★★

Brewed my first cup this morning and the early harvest really shows — there's a bright, clean brightness that I haven't gotten from most Ethiopian beans lately. The smallholder sourcing gives it a nice story, but honestly the cup quality speaks for itself.

Natalie S. ★★★★★

The fruit-forward profile from these Agaro beans is genuinely different from anything else I've brewed this season. Ground them for pour-over and the sweetness carried through the whole cup, front to back. Already ordered another bag.
