I let my brother try a cup and now he's asking where I got it. Smooth enough to drink black, which I never do. That coffee from the roaster everyone keeps talking about, and they're right.

Brewed this in my pour-over and the first cup genuinely caught me off guard. It's got this deep, almost wine-like depth that lingers well after the sip. Already halfway through the bag.

The flavor profile really does pull you into something otherworldly, like the tasting notes are their own little dimension. I've brewed it both as a pour-over and in my French press, and it holds up beautifully either way. It's become my daily ritual to escape into that cup.
