Denne sjokoladen er litt omvendt, hvor sjokoladen tar scenen med kaffe som komplement. Med Onyx sin fantastiske Monarch Espresso involvert, er denne kombinasjonen himmelsk, som du forventer.
I’ve been chopping it up for my morning coffee routine, and the way the deep espresso roast melts into the cacao is seriously satisfying. The bar breaks with a clean snap, too, and that mocha flavor lingers just long enough after each bite.
The mocha note is spot on—it’s like a coffee break in chocolate form, and the cacao-coffee pairing feels genuinely intentional rather than gimmicky. I’ve been sneaking a square with my morning espresso, and the two really do complement each other.
I grabbed this to pair with my afternoon espresso and ended up eating the whole bar in one sitting. The mocha note comes through clearly without one flavor overpowering the other.
