Dette er vår andre utgivelse av Fincas del Putushio, en ny planting fra Jose Jijon. Sammen med faren Pepe brukte de det de hadde lært gjennom utviklingen av Finca El Soledad og tilpasset det til en gård i høyden i en annen region. Gjennom unike utfordringer og prøvelser gir innsatsen en usedvanlig ren og elegant kopp.
The sweetness really comes through in the second pour-over, almost like brown sugar but without any bitterness on the finish. It’s a clean, bright cup that makes me want to dial in my grind size again just to chase that same flavor profile. Definitely a repeat buy for my weekend rotation.
