Ta przemyta kawa Halo od naszego przyjaciela Abenezera z Origin Lands Coffee to nowy projekt, który dostarczył nam dwóch naszych ulubionych kaw sezonu, a Halo zdecydowanie się wyróżnia. Z delikatnymi nutami białej herbaty i limonki, ta odmiana heirloom charakteryzuje się złożoną, cytrynową kwasowością oraz słodyczą dojrzałej brzoskwini, która pozostaje na podniebieniu.
First sip and I already knew this was a keeper—that delicate washed profile is so clean and bright, it practically glows in the cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after each sip. Easily one of my favorite coffees of the season.
The washed process really lets the delicate notes shine through — it's one of the smoothest cups I've brewed this season. Just wish the bag had a bit more detail on roasting date, but the flavor alone makes it worth it.
