The Vario™+ brings flat burr grinding to your kitchen for cafe-quality coffee in a compact package. Set and save up to three timer presets for convenient hands-free dosing into the included portafilter holder.

This machine's 54mm flat ceramic burrs are famous for the thick, velvety shots they produce. If you drink lots of espresso on its own or enjoy steamed milk on top, this is the grinder we recommend.

Emma ★★★★★

The three saved timer presets are the best part — I grind straight into the portafilter with one press and don't have to weigh anything before my first cup. Flat burrs give a noticeably more even grind than my old conical setup, and the shots have been sweeter and more consistent since day one.

Natalie J. ★★★★★

I was worried flat burrs would mean a huge machine, but this one tucks right under my cabinets. Grinding straight into the portafilter hands-free has cut my morning routine way down.

Daniel F. ★★★★★

The three timer presets have been a game-changer for my morning rush—I just set the dose once and walk away while it grinds hands-free into the portafilter. The flat burrs are noticeably quieter and faster than my old conical grinder.
