Private label can be seen as pejorative, yet in definition it’s a collaboration between roaster & colleague. Defying this norm, we’ve created public label as a celebration of this partnership. Arm in arm, Café Comunión have sourced, roasted, and brought this honest to goodness coffee to you with great intention.
Brewed my first cup this morning and the aroma alone sold me, but the body is where it really shines—smooth, never bitter, even when it cooled down a bit. The collaboration angle is nice in theory, but honestly the taste speaks for itself. Already planning my next bag.
The collaborative story behind this one is what got me, but the roast itself is what keeps me reordering—it’s smooth enough for a black pour-over yet holds up with a splash of oat milk. I’ve brewed three bags now and the batch has been consistent every single time.
The story behind this blend is what sold me, and the coffee itself doesn’t disappoint. It brews up smooth with no bitterness, even when I forget it’s steeping for a few extra minutes. I’ve already gone through half the bag in a week.
