This washed coffee from Halo is from our friend Abenezer at Origin Lands Coffee. This new venture has provided us with two of our favorite coffees of the season, Halo being the standout. With delicate notes of white tea and lime, this heirloom variety is complex in its citric acidity, with the sweetness of ripe peach which lingers on the palate.

The washed process really shows here — clean and delicate in the cup, no muddiness at all. Pulled it as a drip coffee on a lazy Sunday and it still came out bright and sweet.
