Efter vår första release från Altos de Quitumpamba är vi glada att presentera denna andra utgåva från Carolina Chalapud Daza och Guillermo Torres Daza, denna gång med den anmärkningsvärda Chiroso-sorten. Odlad på 2 200 meters höjd i den vulkaniska jorden i Buesaco, Nariño, och processad med en noggrann tvättad metod med övervakad fermentering och långsam torkning på upphöjda bäddar, blir resultatet ett kaffe som balanserar kristallin syra, delikata blommiga toner och en djupt uttrycksfull sötma.

The floral aroma alone is worth the price, honestly. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the Chiroso's sweetness really comes through, especially as it cools. This second release is just as polished as the first, if not better.
