哥倫比亞 Altos de Quitumpamba Chiroso

The Chiroso variety really comes through here — I got a bright, tea-like cup with a sweetness that lingers. Carolina and Guillermo clearly know what they're doing with this lot. Second bag is already on my counter.

Brewed this Chiroso as a pour-over and got a syrupy body with a sweet stone-fruit finish that lingered a good while. Carolina and Guillermo clearly know what they're doing with this varietal up in Quitumpamba. Already eyeing my next bag.

The floral aroma alone is worth the price, honestly. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the Chiroso's sweetness really comes through, especially as it cools. This second release is just as polished as the first, if not better.
