The tasting notes really come alive in the cup—each sip pulls out something new, from the rare cultivars to the careful roasting. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and actually savor the morning.

The bag arrived yesterday and I cracked it open this morning—the aroma alone tells you these are rare cultivars, and that agronomy angle really comes through in the cup. It's easily the most complex coffee I've had from a single roaster this year, and I'm already rationing it.

The price point feels steep for what’s essentially a bag of experimental beans, though the rare cultivars do make it stand out from my usual rotation. I’ve had better luck with cheaper single-origins for daily brewing, but I can see the appeal for someone chasing award-winning profiles.
