Having my beans ground to the exact consistency I picked meant zero guesswork on my part, and the bag arrived sealed and smelling incredible. It's such a relief to skip the grinder step and just brew right away, especially on busy mornings.
Got my bags ground to the exact pour-over setting I asked for and they arrived perfectly uniform, not a single boulder in sight. Saves me from buying a grinder, and the coffee tastes as fresh as whole bean since it was ground right before shipping.
The fee structure is so transparent it actually makes me feel less stressed about every transaction. I’ve saved a noticeable chunk this month just by knowing exactly when and what I’m paying.
