The two size options made it easy to pick one for travel and one for the kitchen drip brewer. The brew stayed smooth and balanced from the first sip to the last cup, no bitter tail end at all.
Grabbed the larger size for my morning routine and it’s been flawless—the straightforward profile makes it easy to dial in whether I’m using the drip machine or a quick pour-over. Two bags in, it’s consistently smooth without any bitterness creeping in.
The dark roast holds its own with cream and sugar, which is exactly what I needed for my morning routine. The two size options mean I can brew a single cup or a full batch without waste, and it's consistently smooth right down to the last sip.
