The two size options cover my solo mornings and weekend crowd, so I never have to guess how much to brew. The straightforward roast quality holds up consistently no matter which bag I grab.
Having two size options makes it easy to grab the smaller bag for a quick trial before committing to a bigger one, and the straightforward quality really comes through in the cup. Bagged it up with my own labels for a gift without any hassle.
The medium bag is the sweet spot for me—enough to dial in my morning routine without committing to a huge purchase. This roast is consistent and forgiving, which is exactly what I want when I’m half-asleep at the grinder.
