The grind is consistent enough that my pour-over actually blooms properly now, which is more than I can say for the last bag I grabbed at the grocery store. This white-label series just tastes clean and balanced, no bitter edge even when I let it sit a minute. It’s become my quiet afternoon ritual.
The grind setting dial clicked into place perfectly on the first try, no fiddling or guesswork needed. I’ve been brewing it black every morning for two weeks and the cup stays clean from start to finish. Really solid for a no-fuss daily drinker.
My old one broke mid-project, and this IO-E-19 held up through the whole weekend of solid use without skipping a beat. The build quality feels noticeably sturdier than I expected for the price, and everything worked right out of the box.
