Took about 25 minutes to reach full temp, but once there the stability is unreal—the L58E group keeps every shot dead consistent. Switched between a light roast and a dark blend this morning and the temperature control handled both without me touching a thing.
The 24-minute warm-up is accurate, and the L58E group holds temperature steady once it's ready, but the machine feels a bit finicky to dial in for lighter roasts. It makes good espresso, though I expected a bit more forgiveness for the price.
