The grease doesn't soak through these at all, even with warm pastries going straight in. We keep a stack by the register and they've held up fine through a busy week.

Used these for our morning croissant rush and they hold up fine — grease doesn't soak through by the time customers grab them off the counter. The single-use thing saves us a ton of time on cleanup too.

These bags are thin enough that a croissant doesn't steam itself soggy by mid-morning, which was my main gripe with the last ones we stocked. We go through a few hundred a week at the counter and haven't had a single one tear at the seam yet.
