هذا القهوة المغسولة من Halo من صديقنا Abenezer في Origin Lands Coffee. هذا المشروع الجديد قد وفر لنا اثنين من أفضل أنواع القهوة لهذا الموسم، حيث كانت Halo الأبرز. مع نكهات دقيقة من الشاي الأبيض والليمون، هذا الصنف التراثي معقد في حموضته الحمضية، مع حلاوة الخوخ الناضج التي تبقى على الحنك.
First sip and I already knew this was a keeper—that delicate washed profile is so clean and bright, it practically glows in the cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after each sip. Easily one of my favorite coffees of the season.
The washed process really lets the delicate notes shine through — it's one of the smoothest cups I've brewed this season. Just wish the bag had a bit more detail on roasting date, but the flavor alone makes it worth it.
The washed process gives it a clean, bright cup that's pleasant enough, though I found the flavor a bit too delicate for my usual morning brew. It's a solid coffee, just not one I'd rush to reorder.
