Tato hluboce sladká promytá káva z pohoří Chalatenango pochází z farmy Finca Santa Rosa, kterou vlastní a provozuje náš dobrý přítel Jorge Raul Rivera. Hroznové víno a růže vedou šálek a otevírají se do vrstevnatého a komplexního profilu, díky kterému se Santa Rosa stala výjimečnou v naší nabídce kávy.
Brewed a cup this morning and the grape note really comes through in the finish, almost like a light fruit tea. The rose is more of a gentle aroma than a loud flavor, which I appreciated. Nice clean, sweet cup for a slow weekend pour-over.
