Dette er vores anden udgivelse af Fincas del Putushio, en ny plantning fra Jose Jijon. Sammen med sin far Pepe brugte de det, de havde lært ved at udvikle Finca El Soledad, og tilpassede det til en højtliggende farm i en anden region. Gennem unikke udfordringer og forsøg resulterer indsatsen i en utrolig ren og elegant kop.
The sweetness really comes through in the second pour-over, almost like brown sugar but without any bitterness on the finish. It’s a clean, bright cup that makes me want to dial in my grind size again just to chase that same flavor profile. Definitely a repeat buy for my weekend rotation.

The second release from this new planting has a sweetness that carries through the whole cup, and the fact it’s a father-son project makes it feel special. I brewed it in my pour-over and the clarity was remarkable. Already looking forward to what they do next.
