The floral honey note really comes through in every sip, and it lingers nicely on the tongue. I've been brewing it in my pour-over and the stone fruit sweetness makes it dangerously easy to finish a whole pot.

I opened the bag and the strawberry aroma hit me before I even brewed it, which set the tone perfectly. The cup itself is a beautiful balance of that stone fruit sweetness and a clean, bright finish that lingers just right. It’s easily become my go-to morning pour-over.
