Dies ist unsere zweite Abfüllung von Fincas del Putushio, einer neuen Pflanzung von Jose Jijon. Zusammen mit seinem Vater Pepe nutzten sie das, was sie bei der Entwicklung von Finca El Soledad gelernt hatten, und übertrugen es auf eine hochgelegene Farm in einer anderen Region. Durch besondere Herausforderungen und Versuche führt die investierte Mühe zu einer äußerst klaren und eleganten Tasse.
The sweetness really comes through in the second pour-over, almost like brown sugar but without any bitterness on the finish. It’s a clean, bright cup that makes me want to dial in my grind size again just to chase that same flavor profile. Definitely a repeat buy for my weekend rotation.
