Este café lavado de Halo es de nuestro amigo Abenezer en Origin Lands Coffee. Esta nueva aventura nos ha proporcionado dos de nuestros cafés favoritos de la temporada, siendo Halo el más destacado. Con delicadas notas de té blanco y lima, esta variedad autóctona es compleja en su acidez cítrica, con la dulzura del melocotón maduro que perdura en el paladar.
First sip and I already knew this was a keeper—that delicate washed profile is so clean and bright, it practically glows in the cup. Brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness lingered long after each sip. Easily one of my favorite coffees of the season.
The washed process really lets the delicate notes shine through — it's one of the smoothest cups I've brewed this season. Just wish the bag had a bit more detail on roasting date, but the flavor alone makes it worth it.
The washed process gives it a clean, bright cup that's pleasant enough, though I found the flavor a bit too delicate for my usual morning brew. It's a solid coffee, just not one I'd rush to reorder.
