The washed process really lets the coffee’s natural sweetness shine through, and it holds up beautifully as a pour-over. I’ve been using it for my morning espresso shots too, and it’s consistently smooth with a clean finish. Definitely my new everyday bag.

The grind consistency is spot-on for my espresso machine, and the washed process gives it that clean, traditional finish I’ve been craving. Pulled two shots this morning with beautiful crema, and the flavor stayed smooth from first sip to last.

It's a solid, traditional cup, though nothing about it really jumps out at me. The washed process keeps it clean and straightforward, which works fine for both my espresso shots and morning pour-over. I'd grab it again if it's on sale, but I'm not hunting for it.
