I’ve been trying to cut down on sugar in my coffee, and this roast is sweet enough on its own that I don’t miss it with oat milk. The creaminess holds up right to the last sip, no watery finish.

I was skeptical about a roast “designed for milk” since I usually drink coffee black, but the creaminess it adds to a splash of whole milk is genuinely decadent. Poured it over oat milk this morning and it blended without any separation, which is exactly what I wanted from a milk-friendly roast. The richness came through even after I added cream, so the flavor held its own instead of getting washed out. This is my new daily driver.
