Kolumbia Adrian Lasso Typica Mejorado

The tropical fruit notes really pop once it cools a bit, and that bright acidity keeps every sip interesting without being harsh. I’ve been drinking it black every morning and it’s easily the most complex coffee I’ve had in months.

I brewed this as a pour-over and the tropical fruit notes came through so clearly it felt like drinking a fruit punch, with that bright acidity cutting right through the richness. It’s one of those coffees where you catch yourself just sniffing the cup before every sip.

The acidity on this one is exactly as described—bright and lively, and the tropical fruit notes really pop as it cools. I brewed it in my V60 and it was the most interesting cup I've had all month.
