Mocha. Un classico del bar. Cacao e caffè hanno molto in comune. Dalle regioni di coltivazione ai processi di lavorazione, questi lontani parenti genetici sono un abbinamento ovvio. Questo cioccolato è un po' un'inversione, dove il cioccolato prende il palcoscenico con il complemento del caffè. Con l'incredibile Monarch Espresso di Onyx coinvolto, questa combinazione è paradisiaca come ci si aspetterebbe.
