Coltivato a 2.200 metri nei suoli vulcanici di Buesaco, Nariño, e lavorato con un meticoloso metodo lavato che prevede fermentazione monitorata e essiccazione lenta su letti rialzati, il risultato è un caffè che bilancia acidità cristallina, fiori delicati e una dolcezza profondamente espressiva.

The floral aroma alone is worth the price, honestly. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the Chiroso's sweetness really comes through, especially as it cools. This second release is just as polished as the first, if not better.
