Colombia El Tambo-AMACA

I’m honestly impressed by how smooth and balanced this brew is, especially knowing it’s grown by a women’s association up in the western Andes. The bag arrived sealed fresh, and the grounds have a lovely, clean aroma that carries through to the cup.

The chocolatey depth in this roast is unreal—I brewed it in my pour-over and the cup stayed sweet and smooth even as it cooled. Knowing it supports the AMACA women's association in the Andes makes the morning ritual feel a little more meaningful.

The fact that this is from a women's farming association in the Andes makes it feel special, and the coffee itself is incredibly smooth with a clean finish that I've been craving every morning. I've already ordered a second bag.
