Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and sweet, exactly what I want from a washed blend. It holds up beautifully in milk drinks but also makes a clean, bright filter cup — I've been switching between both all week.

The wash-process origins really come through in the cup—it's clean and bright, working just as well for my morning pour-over as it does for a quick espresso shot. Only tiny gripe is the bag’s a bit hard to re-seal once opened, but the beans stay fresh enough for my daily use.

The bag arrived quickly and sealed tight, which kept the beans fresh for a solid week. It brews a smooth cup, though I wish the roast was a touch darker for my usual morning kick.
