Private label can be seen as pejorative, yet in definition it’s a collaboration between roaster & colleague. Defying this norm, we’ve created public label as a celebration of this partnership. Arm in arm, Onyx and Balanced Coffee have sourced, roasted, and brought this honest to goodness coffee to you with great intention.
Opened the bag this morning and the aroma alone tells you someone actually cared about the roast. The collaboration story is a nice touch, but honestly the beans speak for themselves—smooth, balanced, no bitter bite even black.
This arrived fast, and the whole "public label" concept actually got me curious enough to brew a cup right away. The roast is surprisingly smooth with no bitterness on the finish, and I’ve already added it to my weekly rotation.
